Neil Maddock
Neil Maddock is the founder and director of e-quip and lives here in Southampton with his wife and their three young children. He is part of the leadership team at Riverside Family Church, an AOG Church that meets at the Augustine Centre in Northam and has just completed his training to become an accredited minister in the AOG movement. Neil believes God has called him to be someone who creatively communicates the love of God to people.
Neil studied Performing Arts and Religious Studies at the University of Gloucestershire where he earned a BA Hons degree before spending a year working with Youth for Christ as a member of Activate - their itinerant theatre company. This year was spent touring around the UK performing in schools and colleges. He and Julia then spent two years working in New Zealand, as part of Detour Theatre Company. The two years were spent touring with various productions, local church performance, running classes and workshops and establishing a community theatre programme.
Tammy Oliver
Tammy Oliver is the AIM Community Development Coordinator in Southampton, having previously coordinated AIM’s fashion and design streams in Bournemouth and Poole.
Tammy is trained in Art, Design and Fashion, and experienced in leadership, education, and pastoral care. She loves dancing, crafting, laughing and tea-drinking.
